We partner with trusted national couriers to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa:
The Courier Guy – Door-to-door delivery nationwide.
PostNet-to-PostNet – Delivery to your nearest PostNet branch for collection.
Customers can select their preferred delivery option at checkout.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities, towns and regional areas in South Africa.
PostNet deliveries are available between any two PostNet branches nationwide.
Please note that remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery method and address.
6. Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R1000.00, applicable to both Courier Guy and PostNet delivery options.
This offer applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional delivery discounts unless stated otherwise.
7. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or reference number via email or SMS from either The Courier Guy or PostNet.
8. Delivery Address or Collection Details
For Courier Guy, please provide a complete street address and contact number where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.
For PostNet, please include your preferred PostNet branch name and town at checkout to avoid delays.
The Film Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Send a description and photos of the issue to support@thefilmshop.co.za, and we will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
11. International Deliveries
Currently, The Film Shop only offers delivery within South Africa.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.

The Film Shop reserves the right to update or amend this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
